Ironman Canada in Penticton, Canada has some of the best crowd support and volunteers around and will definitely give you some extra energy on race day.  That being said they aren’t going to pull you up the 4500 feet of vertical that you need to climb on the bike or the rolling hills on the run.  The Ironman Course Preview Camp at The Tri House will make sure that you know every turn, every hill, every climb, every descent so that you are 100% confident on race day that you will be able to give it your best effort.  Come out and swim, ride the hills and run the course before the big day.  Tackle Richter Pass and Yellow Lake and all that Penticton has to throw at you.
